What does Sipp do?
Sipp is your AI operations team, combining creative, AI automation and growth strategy. Our main service is the monthly Sipp Plans (Plus, Premium, Heavy). To try us first, you can book a one-off Sprint: AI Brand Kit, Content Engine or AI Workflow.
How is pricing worked out?
Sipp Plans are HK$7,800 (Plus), HK$15,800 (Premium) and from HK$30,000 (Heavy) a month, plus a one-time Setup fee. Sprints start from HK$15,000. Prices marked “from” are quoted on what you need, and the first chat is free.
What is the difference between a Plan and a Sprint?
A Plan is a monthly partnership covering brand, content and automation, with regular reviews. A Sprint is a one-off project that fixes one thing. Many clients start with a Sprint; moving to a Plan within 60 days credits part of the Setup fee.
Is there a minimum term? Can we change plans?
Plus has a 3-month minimum term; Premium and Heavy have 6 months. You can upgrade anytime by paying the Setup difference, and downgrade after the minimum term with 30 days’ notice and no new Setup fee.
How long does a project take?
Sprints: AI Brand Kit takes about 10 working days; AI Workflow and Content Engine about 2–3 weeks. On a Plan, monthly turnaround ranges from 3 working days (Plus) to 24-hour priority (Heavy). We confirm timing together before starting.

Will AI replace my staff?
AI takes on the repetitive, time-consuming tasks so your team can focus on customers and decisions. Important steps always keep a human check.
Is my data safe?
We only use data you authorise, and personal data is handled under Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. After handover we return access and remove our credentials.
Can we start small?
Yes. Start with a Sprint that fixes the one problem that matters most, or begin on Plus and upgrade whenever you are ready.
